Home Inspector in Everett, WA
I inspect homes throughout Everett, the largest city in Snohomish County. I’m a Washington State Licensed Home Inspector (#****4230) and take no more than two inspections a day, so your home gets my full attention.
Homes in Everett
Everett has some of the widest range of housing in the area: early-1900s homes in the older north-end neighborhoods, mid-century houses, newer subdivisions in south Everett, and a large number of condos. It has a bigger condo market than most of the surrounding suburbs, so a condo inspection here is just as common as a single-family one.
Everett is also home to the Boeing Everett Factory, the largest building in the world by volume, with 98.3 acres under one roof. The iconic 747 was built there for more than five decades, and wide-body jets like the 777 are still assembled there today.
What I Often Look Closely At
- Older foundations, framing and wiring in early-1900s and mid-century homes
- Roofs, gutters and siding exposed to wind and rain off Possession Sound; steep or wet roofs inspected by drone
- Condos: the systems you’re responsible for inside the unit, plus visible signs of moisture or leaks
- Crawlspace moisture, drainage and grading
- Sewer lines in older neighborhoods. A sewer scope can catch root intrusion or a cracked line before you buy
Condo inspections start at $400. See pricing.
What You Get
- A thorough inspection, typically 2–4 hours
- A photo-rich digital report within 24 hours (same-day available)
- Plain-language explanations of what I found and why it matters
- Inspections in English or Turkish
