Buying a home is stressful, and a report full of jargon doesn’t help. I’m Askin Karaca, owner and inspector at Ash Home Inspection. Before inspecting homes, I spent 15 years teaching English as a second language and 10 years in business management. Both taught me the same lesson: people make better decisions when information is clear.
So I don’t just point at a problem and move on. I show you what I found, why it matters, and what to do about it, in plain language, with photos.
