Why Hire Ash Home Inspection
A Home Inspector Who Takes the Time to Explain
I’m Askin Karaca, a Washington State Licensed Professional Home Inspector (License #****4230). My background in education shapes the way I inspect: I don’t just point out problems, I explain what they mean, how serious they are, and what you should know about your home.
Never Rushed
I take no more than two inspections a day. A typical inspection takes 2–4 hours, and I use that time to look closely, document what I find, and answer your questions on site.
The Right Tools
- Drone roof inspections. I’m an FAA-certified Remote Pilot, so I can inspect steep or fragile roofs safely from the air when walking them isn’t possible.
- Thermal camera. I use a thermal camera during inspections to help spot hidden moisture, missing insulation and electrical hot spots.
- Sewer scope. A camera inspection of the main sewer line, available as an add-on.
A Report You’ll Actually Read
You’ll get a detailed, photo-rich digital report within 24 hours, with same-day delivery available when your timeline is tight. Findings are written in plain English, so you know what matters and what can wait.
Properly Credentialed
- Washington State Licensed Home Inspector (#****4230)
- Passed the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE) and InterNACHI’s Online Inspector Examination
- InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector and AHIT graduate
- 24 hours of continuing education every year
- Inspections follow the Washington State Standards of Practice and InterNACHI Standards of Practice
Flexible and Bilingual
I’m available on Saturdays, and inspections and explanations are available in English and Turkish.
